Micro-climate: Continental & Marine Mediterranean
Vinification: Classic red vinification, 20 days extraction
Characteristics: Deep red color with ruby notes, violet and cherry aromas, spices with vanilla notes, velvet tannins, long aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Seafood, white sauce meat, cold-cuts, pasta and light dishes, or as accompaniment to salads. It could be served at 9 -10o C as an aperitif
